Return & Exchange Policy

As Sanshu pieces are produced in limited quantities with careful craftsmanship, we currently offer exchange only, not returns.

You may request an exchange if:

• The product received is damaged
• You received the wrong item
• There is a size issue

Conditions

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
